Experiencing what seems to be a never-ending heatwave, Sweden has been battling a historical number of wildfires from the Baltic Sea to the Arctic Circle â€" and severe drought.

The extreme weather has taken a toll on the appearance of the land on which the Kingdom of Sweden is situated - and it is even visible from space.
